FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long will it take before I can import my first vehicle?

We only need a few details to get you started, including your address, your social security number or your federal employer identification number. We'll need you to sign an agreement with us and get a power of attorney from you. As long as we can get this information quickly, we can import your vehicle the same day.

What do you need to import a vehicle?

Your vehicle must have a manufacturer label and a tire pressure monitoring system (if your vehicle is newer than September 1st, 2007). Your vehicle also needs to have both front air bags and have no open recalls.

What if my vehicle has an open recall?

Your recall will have to be remedied before it can be imported.

Can I import a vehicle from any country?

Yes. Tariffs from countries differ, so this may reflect the cost of import, but importing from Japan or Germany is as simple as importing from Canada or Mexico.

Is there an instance where a vehicle cannot be imported?

Some vehicles are not eligible for import. It is important that you call us before you purchase any vehicles. Calling us beforehand could save you time, money, and effort.
